BOOKING POLICY

Welcome to «Loft 7 Tattoo» a private fine line tattoo studio committed to quality, precision and creativity. To ensure a seamless and respectful experience for both clients and the artist, please review our booking policy carefully before submitting an inquiry.

1. Booking Process

  • All bookings are by appointment only.

  • To request a session, please complete the Booking Request Form with the following:

    • Full name

    • Email and phone number

    • Tattoo idea, size, placement

    • Reference images (if applicable)

    • Preferred days/times

Submission does not guarantee an appointment. We respond to selected inquiries that align with our style and availability.

2. Deposits

  • A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

  • Deposits are forfeited if:

    • You cancel with less than 48 hours' notice

    • You reschedule more than once

    • You arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.

  • One reschedule per deposit is allowed.

  • Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may be treated as a no-show and result in a forfeited deposit.

4. Designs

  • Designs are created custom for each client and shared briefly before your session.

  • Minor changes are allowed during the design process. Significant changes may require a new booking and deposit.

  • All designs remain the intellectual property of the artist until tattooed.

5. Age & ID Requirements

  • Clients must be 18 years or older — no exceptions.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment.

6. Studio Etiquette

  • Our studio is a private, one-on-one environment — please do not bring guests unless previously approved.

  • Please arrive clean, rested, and well-fed..
